Fees
We always do our best to be absolutely transparent with the way we charge offering the most comprehensive property management and lettings service in the area.
Set Up Fee: £425
This includes photographs, advertising on major portals, social media and our own website, viewings, contracts, Deposit Protections, check in and inventory
Management: 12%
This includes quarterly inspections, rent collection, producing statements, paying tradespeople, arranging certificates (Gas Electric, EPC), building strong relationships with tenants to makes sure we are made aware very quickly of any maintenance or rent issues, chasing rent arrears (if they occur), access to tenant online portal, smooth reporting system
Maintenance: 10% of work cost
On any maintenance above £300 or £20 on anything under £300.
Let Only Fee – 1 Months Rent
This includes agreeing a market rental price, advertising on major portals, accompanied viewings, pre-tenancy documentation, accompanied check in appointments, property refurbishment advice, tenant background checks and finding a tenant in accordance with the landlord guidelines.
